I would love to suggest something. I just don’t have your ear for the music. Your choice of tunes is exceptional because it’s usually something that I would not be able to appreciate without your video. If I’d come across this T-Bone video on TH-cam, I would never have heard the things that you heard in it. Keep up the great work.
You tie my mind in knots with your ability to not only recreate these amazing songs, but play them so incredibly well! Thanks and Stay Well Groovy One!
Now that was terrific Thom! T-Bone Walker was one of the original Bluesmen. In 2018 Rolling Stone magazine ranked him number 67 on its list of "The 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time". I really love his version of "Stormy Monday". Hope that all is well with you & your family! 👍👍🎸🎸
T-bone was such a cool dude and amazing guitar player. e.g. the way he could drift in and out of the beat to give a tremendous dynamism to his playing. Love your videos and awesome guitar playing. Thanks so much for sharing!
Ever heard of Phil Keaggy?....Steve Howe.......Doyle Dykes......Vince Gill.......Just tossing a few names your way....Love your playing and enthusiasm!!!
I've been trying to find a guitar lesson of gettin tighter by deep purple from the album come taste the band. It's got some funky guitar playing by Tommy Bolin who of course replaced Joe Walsh in the James gang. Is that a lesson you could do?
Hey man! Can you please do a video about alone again (naturally) from Gilbert I sillavan ? Some nice chords and I can’t get grip on the solo, don’t understand it
If we didn't have T-Bone Walker, we wouldn't have Chuck Berry or Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown, and if we didn't have them, we wouldn't have Rock 'N' Roll guitar.

The good players always make it look easy till you try it.
You keep alive the memory of the greatest guitar players of all time and show them to the new generations. Thank you very much.
Guitar Pilgrim you have such exceptional attention to the details. Every note played with such exuberance and energy. Phenomenal. You’ve got IT man! 👍

We don’t need validation from that mediocre commercial publication to prove that he was good.
you're not just a musician! YOU ARE A HISTORIAN! I've learn a lot tonight. from Hawaii!❤
Right. The commentary is almost as good as the music.
Blues shuffling riffs always rock... I need to definitely study and listen to this guy more.
Brilliant, just keep doing that! Great video
Awesome as usual - T-Bone was playing pure blues - no shortcuts :). I can barely hear such music on radio airwaves nowadays… well done Thom!
Brilliant Lesson! Love your style!!! ❤
I like your videos. You are such a competent but at the same time likeable TH-camr and a great musician.👍🎸

Well done 👏 and loved it.
T Bone style is unique and amazing, please do more great videos like this about him!
Great episode. An episode on Duke Robillard would be cool.
Brilliant stuff Thom. Great to hear your beautiful strat again. Its just killer.
Ever heard of Phil Keaggy?....Steve Howe.......Doyle Dykes......Vince Gill.......Just tossing a few names your way....Love your playing and enthusiasm!!!
Wow.. Thanks.. SRV started my journey here, i hear him when you play :)
I love it when Thom says "That's more like it". 😊
Thanks man , love T-bone and he always plays with great muso’s
EXCELLENT.
He Was the ídolo of BB King and other great players
I believe that's Dizzy Gillespie among those horn players backing T-Bone. Maybe that shouldn't surprise me, but it does.
Nice playing! Enjoyed the video, thanks
This is a fantastic lesson!!!
Really like your channel. Suggestions: the late Otis Rush. highly underrated
T bone gettin it!
No Chuck Berry without T-Bone.
Superlative!!
Please make a vídeo about johnny winter he is my guitar hero ever ..
Majic Sam's Boogie!!
The Original Bad Ass on guitar. Was that Dizzy on trumpet? Crazy back up band.
Yep and Louis Bellson on drums. Serious bebop jazz band right there.
Look up T-Bone and Jazz at the Philarmonic. Clark Terry, Coleman Hawkins, Zoot Sims, Benny Carter. Absolute legends.
Besides Walker the drummer is amazing..........
@GuitarPilgrim. I don't know how....but thanks
How about having a look at Robert Cray thanks
Is that Dizzy Gillispie backing him on trumpet?
good man
Hendrix was so inspired, he straight up stole the whole song

At the 6:05 mark......is that DIZZY in the background?
Daaaaayummmm
T-Bone INVENTED swagger!!!!!!!!
Thats Dizzie Gillispie on the horn in the background.
How about some Rockabilly.
Reminds me the « Pretty Women » riff ?
What about some Ronnie Earl in a future episode?
I live T-Bone. Not a great guitarist, but very classy!
✌️😎🎸🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶
Hey man! Can you please do a video about alone again (naturally) from Gilbert I sillavan ? Some nice chords and I can’t get grip on the solo, don’t understand it
Robin Trower and Johnny winter please.. Will be awesome
What song is this from?
It sounds like (again) SRV, not T-Bone
I'm racking my brain trying to figure out what song this is lol
GUITAR PILGRIM, so T Bone Walker mostly use "Down picking" for his blues licks?
What happened to your acoustic guitar? I've been away from this channel for a while and now I see the electric guitar everywhere
If we didn't have T-Bone Walker, we wouldn't have Chuck Berry or Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown, and if we didn't have them, we wouldn't have Rock 'N' Roll guitar.
For ideas : What about some joe Walsh / funk49? Fun song. Would be fun with you ! Level 1, level 2 and level 3 🎉
Time for some Wes Montgomery.
Rory Gallagher would be nice
Never seen someone have their strap like that 🤔
Mejor "sin extorsión" 😅
Reminder 💡
Majic Sam's Boogie
You may be able to play some of the notes but you just dont have that T Bone feel , especially when you try to play it on a Strat !
The Stumble?
