So I decided to simulate a European country battle royale. I put every European nation on the continent against each other in a battle royale until only one remained leaving only one left.

I suggest putting 2 more options in the war section like a "minor win" or "minor lose" to where a country only loses a bit of territory, this way it spices games up and some country may lost longer and make comebacks

France annexed the Netherlands, so ""ruled" over" is misplaced. It was fully part of France, while for example it wasn't part of Germany during WWII.

I love the alliance increasing chances dramatically. I still think countries gained through war should give an edge as well. Maybe a 5 or 10 percent ratio gain per country.
