Rebellions actually have nothing to do with resources actually, it’s all about how far is a village from the main village of the kingdom and how big is said village mostly, its also heavily effected by whether the village has a different culture from the main village. So essentially if there is a village 3 times the size of main village and is on the other side of the map that has a different culture that city is extremely likely to rebel. Not guaranteed, but very likely. Edit: it’s also largely effected by a kingdom having to many villages, which is why there’s a rare knowledge that makes a kingdom able to manage more city’s, that trait makes the maximum number of villages before it starts making every single village not want to be in the kingdom anymore larger.
There is also my way. I expanded the world along a single village. So I ended up building a kingdom controlling the whole map, that was its the capital, with no other city, meaning there were no possible rebellions.
@@elgrandefleau7359 you do realize there’s an option to just turn of kingdom expansion. And also I was talking about the game mechanics if there is multiple villages, none of this applies to a kingdom with one village because these mechanics don’t do anything to the main village as it’s loyalty is permanently set to 100. So what is your argument about how the games mechanics work on kingdoms with multiple villages. Because I was never talking about exploiting how the game works in order to avoid something undesirable, I was stating how the mechanics work.

Okay, outside of the game, I just wanted to share that I would actually want to know if we as humans would have been able to be a society if everything we had was infinite. Like, because we basically started as civilization because we had commerce in between each other
with infinite resources, technology would basically grind to a halt because scarcity drives innovation. Everything we have is a result of scarcity. Products ,innovations, and technology all exist because of some fundamental scarcity, and the drive to address that scarcity. With infinite resources there would be no need to collaborate with your neighbor, a different city, state, or country. So instead of civilizations and society it would just be anarchy, the only technological advancement would be finding newer and better ways to kill each other.
