I'm currently sick at home, I have no one to assist me, but I'm doing what I can, it is really nice of you to share this with the world. Rosie is adorable, such a sweet kid that helps dad and many ill people, it's really awesome that you found a way to include and educate her on such an important topic. Thank you for this once again!

I was just released from the ER with Covid and pneumonia. When I declined a dangerous clinical trial that even the manufacturer admits is dangerous and destroys immune systems, I was dismissed after five hours of non-treatment and no breathing instructions. Horrible staff and apathy. So glad I found this video. Thank you!

First things, first ~ Princess Rosie is absolutely adorable!
Second, I tried those exercises Adam recommended and found myself spitting out congestion. Am really surprised at how much came out.
I would have loved to try the exercise on your stomach with elevated hips but do not have a therapist or other partner to do it with. I imagine that even more phlegm would have come out.
Thank you very much for this video as it contains very valuable exercises which will benefit anyone who has suffered this type of medical crisis.

Dear Friends of God......................Please research God's Time/Calendar in Genesis 1:14 before a False Sabbath law is enforced! Actions are in progress to honor a Sabbath day, “Green Sabbath”, “Laudato Si, par. 237”, etc.
Already today, there are Sunday laws written on government books.
The true Sabbath Is not Friday, Saturday, Sunday, etc. The true Sabbath is calculated by true time, Genesis 1:14.
      An example of God’s Time:
The first week.....the new moon day, the six work days and the Sabbath day.
The second, third and fourth week........six work days and then the Sabbath day.
There is never, ever, ever five weekly Sabbaths in any one of God’s given months as it is on other calendars.
Genesis 1:14 is a commandment from God. We are to use the sun, moon and stars to calculate the Sabbaths, etc., not the Gregorian calendar or any other man-made time.
((((((( I understand, under this world system, we use the Gregorian time for work days, doctor’s appointments, etc. ))))))
The Sabbath commandment is one of the Ten commandments listed in Exodus 20 and It is just as important as the other nine commandments. It is to be kept!
God has three category of days in the Bible, the new moon day, the six work days and the Sabbath day.
God’s months start with the new moon day, which is the first day of the month, the beginning of the month.
The Gregorian calendar do not start its months with the new moon day. The new moon day falls anywhere and everywhere on the Gregorian calendar.
Sometimes, on the famous Gregorian calendar, the new moon day falls on the “Gregorian Seventh day Saturday Sabbath.”
How can it both be the first day of the month and the seventh day Sabbath?
This along should help a person see that the Gregorian calendar is not true time and that the Biblical Sabbath should not be calculated by it.
The Sabbath is a sign between God and His people Israel and whosoever join themselves to them. One law is to Israel and to the stranger. Exodus 12:48,49
********* Now, we who keep the Sabbath by the lights in heaven, do not claim to always be on the true Sabbath day. We know that there are times we are not on the right day. But we do believe that Genesis 1:14 is the method to calculate God’s Sabbath. We do not fully understand God’s Time yet. God will give more light.**********
      ======================================
Also, research the "Seven Noahide Laws" and Education Day U.S.A.
From my research online, these laws are Jewish laws taken from their writings, namely the “Talmud.” The first law in “The seven Noahide laws" forbids the worship of idols.
According to Jewish writings, the worship of Jesus, Yahushua, etc........is idolatry and is punishable by death, decapitation.
Will these laws be enforced on all nations???
Research the connection between the United Nations, The Presidents, President Bush, President Trump, etc. and “The Seven Noahide laws"
THESE "SEVEN NOAHIDE LAWS". SEEMS TO BE VERY DANGEROUS TO CHRISTIANS AND TO ALL MANKIND!!
      ======================================
Lastly, there is much talk online that the Jewish people occupying the land of Israel today are not the true Israelites and that the true Israelites are today now scattered throughout the nations, is this true?
There are also other groups of people who say that they are the true Jews.
Jesus said in Revelation 2:9 & 3:9 that someone is saying that they are Jews but are not but are the synagogue of Satan.
If Jesus warns us about a synagogue of Satan in Revelation 2:9 & 3:9, should not we be concern?
If the people residing in the land of Israel not true Israel, then who are they and what is their agenda for the world?
Who are the true Bloodline Jews?
HAVE A GOOD DAY FRIENDS OF GOD..........GLORY TO THE FATHER AND SON! We

I have been in many hospitals as a patient i the usa. The precussion treatment used to be used more than 50 years ago on pneumonia patients by the older nurses and you could hear the rhythm down the hallway. Over the last 30 years i have been hospitalized many times and the Mayo clinic in rochester minn. Was the only time i heard and saw it being practiced. But i know as a child how much it helped me breath. I am glad it is not a forgotten therapy.

Great stuff, thank you and Rosie for this. I’m 54 and had allergy driven asthma all my life. When I was a kid, early 1970s, my pediatrician recommended limited use of inhalers in favor of exercises a lot like these. The thinking was that
1)the chemical shock that opens the airway does nothing for the deeper part of the lungs. And the shock has other long term effects.
2)the two things work together for more effective relief and
3)the message i sent to myself by learning I could survive wouldn’t die without the inhaler has been helpful
Drink lots of fluids, use steam and nettie pot and cough that crap up and out was standard doctor advice until recently.

Is been 3 weeks since I was rush to the hospital due to breathing problems. I been feeling a little better, and feel less fatigue. Well, yesterday my little sister wanted a Rudolph the reindeer stuff toy that was in a box on top of my closet. Me thinking, " I feel better now, I can do this" so I got up there and I had to pull the box hard as I got dizzy. I also felt a hard palpitation in my heart, then I ran out of breath. Guess I need more time to recover.

Finally! I got diagnosed with pneumonia 4 days ago- (Covid rapid test came back negative so I just retested and get results tomorrow) but I could tell my lungs were filling up and I couldn’t even cough! I will be doing this 2-3 times a day! Thank you so much!!!

This is great advice for recovery just think of how many lives could be saved if patients were given access to such knowledge as soon as possible
if these breathing techniques were used as soon as COVID-19 is diagnosed it will definitely save lives it seems the last thing a patient needs is to just lay down and as hard as it may be deep breathing and movement could make the difference to recovery
This advice is highly valuable and we all should be grateful brilliant work

Thank you very much Adam and rosie; this will undoubtedly change the quality of life for many, many people, as well as save lives besides.
I was aware of some of some of these techniques, and it probably saved my life. I still have not quite got my lungs cleared up, 17 months on, so I'm going to be using the remainder of the techniques which are new to me. This past winter, when my 80-year-old Aunt who has asthma was sent to hospital for pneumonia, and the hospital sent her home to die saying that they had no space for her, these were amongst the techniques that we employed at home to save her life. It was a week before we could get her into the specialist, but within 2 hours of the thumping on the back, resting in a posture to help her clear, and a little nebulizing of saline, and other things which I won't get into here, she was able to get up and even felt like starting projects. After months of failing, within 2 hours she was up and busy, singing as she went.

So encouraging to see treatment we can do at home! Thanks you two! I’ve not been diagnosed but am used to the same type of breathing exercises from singing & yoga. I’m thankful for that training & to know how it can help if I need it alternatively…
The sputum releases - I’d never heard of those positions & tho they wouldn’t work for my body’s particular preexisting issues, they may for my husband (also God forbid either of us needs). THANKS for posting!
