    When you have fibrosis the tissue become stiff, those breathing slowly throug the nose, untill you can't breathe in no more and breathing slowly though your mouth. It really helps to remove the stiffness with time and improve your lung capasity. Doing them myself

Because I still feel a little tightness in my lungs. And I have to exercise them. And I do everyday. With the little machine they gave me at the hospital. Thank you for the tips of these exercises.

      Many different languages are spoken in different parts of India . So English is better and has wider reach. Also, these videos can be seen by anyone across the world , so English helps that way too!

    • @Rose-dr6uo
      @Rose-dr6uo 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Such a stupid and insensitive comment in this situation. English has a wider reach and India has 22 major languages. Hindi isn't the only one. South India doesn't even speak Hindi at all. Take your stupid support and put it in the dustbin along with your comment. Even in this pandemic we can't seem to get rid of this hindi fanatics.

      @@muhammadkhan-gn1mx you still have no capacity to understand. Common people in South India has higher chances of understanding English than Hindi. Since next to our mother tongue, we learn English, not Hindi.
      And this video is made by Indians for Indians and the people all over the world who has higher chances of understanding this because it is in English.

      Even I thought so earlier, but I think when we inhale normally air fills in chest, but if hands are put on chest n stomach n now when inhaling stomach kinda bloats up. I think we intentionally do that n hands positions can help or guide or remind us that. Just guessing..
