      Broda please it's better to always pre test the inverter before moving to site, the inverter could have been settled if u had detected it on time.

    Well done, I will just advise you use molded case circuit breaker(mccb) for your battery to inverter connection at least 125 amps since it is a 5kw /48v system.
    also I don't think an automatic voltage/current regulator is needed for the ac output of the inverter since the output supply is always 230v for most system what you should regulate is what is coming to your input of the inverter also I see that ypu are not using A.C SPD. and you wire gauge for you ac side it seems to be 4mm or what how do you do the sizing thanks.

      @adisaazeez5149 Thanks.
      Generally, for AC wiring, the wire gauge is selected based on the current rating and the distance the wire will run. Here's a quick guide to wire sizing:
      • For currents up to 20A, use 2.5mm² wire.
      •For currents up to 32A, use 4mm² wire.
      •For currents up to 40A, use 6mm² wire.
      •For higher currents, increase the wire size accordingly.
      For a 5kW system, if your load is around 21A at 230V, a 4mm² wire should be adequate for short distances. However, if the wiring runs over a longer distance, voltage drop needs to be considered, and you might need a thicker wire to maintain efficiency.
      Meanwhile, it's not a regulator but a protector, as was mentioned in the video and It's equally important to protect output.

      @@thetrillsconsulting4081 Thanks for the reply. However, my submission is an SPD does the work of protecting your devices from transient voltage and current while your AVR does regulate what is coming into your system that is why we set the upper and lower voltage/current on it excuse my ignorance if I am mistaking .also I know of VDI(voltage drop index) method for sizing cables please make your little research. More so, I am open to learning thanks.
