    잘라서 소금으로 간을 한다음 뒤집어서 꼭 짜서 간장넣고 양파 살짝 볶으면 쫄깃하고 맛나게 먹을수 있어요

    텃밭에 가지 한포기 심었는데 일주일 한번 갈때마다 8~9개정도 따오고있어요.
    이제 가지찜 가지덮밥 질렸는데 잘됐네요.

      @@산골여행-n5j 예로부터 푹 익혀서 먹는 것이 좋은 방법이고 콩은 가능한 발효해서 먹고 시금치는 옥살산염 독소가 중화되지 않아 아주 조금 드시는 것이 좋습니다
