    Grow Your Butt | Glute & Hamstring Isolation Exercises | Joanna Soh
    Isolation exercises CAN increase your butt! Our glutes connected to our hamstrings, so it’s important to work on both muscles in order to achieve a firmer and more lifted butt.
    These are 5 of my favourite exercises in the gym, which I do on a weekly basis. For best results, aim to lift heavy and complete only between 10 - 12 reps each set. If you can go for more reps, then you have to add on the weights and lift heavier.
    EXERCISES:
    1) Romanian Deadlift
    2) Hip Thrust
    3) One-Legged Leg Press
    4) Single Leg Lunge
    5) Lying Hamstring Curl
    Complete 3 - 4 sets each.

    3:10 : one legged leg press
    3:55 : single leg lunge
    4:45 : lying leg curl

    Definitely worth getting some straps for those Romanian Deadlifts, it will allow you to lift much heavier thus building muscle fast

    hi Joanna, you looks very great, I always see your videos and sometimes a follow your exercises which i can do easily. I am 38 years old and have two kids, I want to loose my belly fat, i regularly do prank, hip dip, stratching and these types of exercises and also avoid junk food. but inspite of it my belly fat is not going. Pls help to tone my belly. I hop you answer me. Thanks

      Try her 500 abs challenge. Maybe u should try this workout : fitnessblender "abs and upper body"

    Can you do a workout on uneven glutes? Like workouts at home, cause im broke to go to the gym? Any equipments needed?? My left glute has more volume than my right. My right is really weak, is there any way to fix this???

    Joanne, pls help me! My left butt is underdeveloped. How many reps do i need to do to my weak glute vs my strong glute? 🙁 And how many months to even out my glutes.
    During my squats, my hips tend to go rounf to my right side🙁🙁🙁 any tips pls

      Buy heavier dumbbells. Take both weights (one in each hand) and lift them as if they were barbells. Use a bench or sofa like she does. Copy her stance.

      @PerrySport idk what you're talking about, I find their bodies very similar and Joanna has an impressive body. She has way more defined abs and muscle definition compared to jlaw.

    Agh, I am cringing at your form while watching this!!!!! You are going to hurt yourself for over emphasizing those hips on the way up of the deadlifts.. Your chin is never to untuck on those hip thrusts! I can't believe you have 1.64 million people watching this form and getting misinformed on how to properly do these exercises.
