Sure wasn't expecting a detailed explanation of China's visa policies in a Japanese park by 2 Americans on my feed today😂 And damn that park sure seemed really fun with all the free equipment!
As a Chinese who had been in Shanghai for two years, I can fill you guys out in the 144 hour transit visa. When you enter in Shanghai Pudong Airport through 144hr visa, you get to travel in Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, which is two provinces more than any other city in China. It has the biggest range of cities to choose from. Almost any city in this area has something unique to offer. You can even exit from different cities such as Nanjing and Hangzhou. These cities’ custom are all connected.
Btw, you guys are my favorite TH-camr ever who travels to China. You guys have a weird sense of humor that I really love. Hope you guys have fun in Shanghai! Hopefully one day you can go to Shanxi Province (with one a not Shaanxi) to explore the ancient architecture and rich history. I am in Taiyuan, the capital of this province. If you guys come here, I can show you around!
Right now visa free for sixteen European countries (France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Belguim, Luxembourg, Hungary, Austria, Ireland, Poland, Switzerland and including start from October 15th is Portugal, Cyprus, Slovenia and Greece), Australia and New Zealand tourist no need apply China visa can go to China visa free for 15 days.
Japan's technology is relatively backward. They still use coins to store bags and buy drinks. I hate carrying annoying coins. I read the news last year that the Japanese government had finally eliminated the 3.5-inch floppy disks that had been used for 30 years. I was shocked!🤣
Usually immigration department well only ask where are you gonna stay and when you gonna leave. Be prepared of your hotel confirmation and flight ticket. It should be fine.
Not all countries and regions are subject to the 144-hour (7 days) visa-free pass to provinces and cities across mainland China, or have mutual visa-free or visa on arrival arrangements. For US, Canadian, Argentinian, Brazilian and Israeli passport holders, one can avail of either 3, 5 or 10 year multiple entry visas. For British passport holders, 3 or 5 year multiple entry visas are offered. In other words, one has to apply for a visa online or inquire to the nearest Chinese embassy and consulate general official to get one. Don’t forget to present your itineraries 😊😊😊

It's simply crazy to transit through Takamatsu, Japan of all places to transfer to China. Don't blame the China immigration officials ye ol' USA passport holders. Play nice and China will play nice in return.
I see it from the Chinese version of Tiktok. My comment on you is, stupid brother. im very shocked that you don't make travel plans in advance? Why can't we take the train to Guangzhou? because it's separated by the Shenzhen River. Why is the internet poor? Because there are walls. Before you came, didn't you know to buy a temporary Chinese phone card to the United States in advance so that you can use it when you get off the plane? Don't you know how to download commonly used software in China in advance? I'm really impressed
