Lexus LX570 & Land Cruiser Off-Road in Mongolia

We headed to the wild and empty countryside of Khentii, Mongolia with 3 cars and 2 days of extreme river crossing, offroading, mudding and lots of adventures.
Cars:
2008 Lexus LX570 - 5.7L V8 engine
2016 Toyota Land Cruiser 200 VX - 4.5L Diesel Twin-turbo engine
2008 Toyota Land Cruiser 200 GX - 4.0L V6 engine, with ARB offroad equipments.

Nothing stops a Land Cruiser! Nothing!
Lx570 without safari snorkel doing good, water level above the hood maybe critical, note that after so many river crossing have to oil the bushings, cause water washes all the moving parts oil then rattling noises coming, good luck
@@orgilbb you can also help mitigate this using marine grease as well.
Similar trip I had last year in mid July going to Teshig and driving within 50km Russian border. Similar terrain with big boulders, thick forested mountains and many rivers and lots of mosquitos. At the time very tiring just being a passenger in a car for 8-10 hours a day straight but this is part of the adventure and always have fond memories after big trips. The most difficult part of the trip was looking after the young one’s making sure they were eating well, and not to get sick (food poising, cold, insect bites, travel sickness or heatstroke) during the trip in middle of nowhere. Great video, reminded me of the great past journeys and love the music!
