After travelling through the great plains heading south we finally reached the Gobi desert. The harsh desert conditions were very challenging and we had several difficulties and problems.

Hi there. Thank you for this wonderful video. I watched the previous video about middle gobi granite rock mountains and flaming red cliffs, eoliin am in southgobi. Breathtaking landscape, humble people combined with pro shooting is what makes this video awsome. Nice to see Gobi shootings and feel the hot breeze especially now where air temperature is minus 28 degrees Celsius in my home town Ulaanbaatar.
Thank you very much for your kind words, we are currently finishing the third episode that will be online beginning next week hope you enjoy it as well
This answer is right on.
.I really love your videos. It was a great scenery watching you playing with mongolian kids. life is definetely much more beautiful with kids all around the world. they are pure and innocent. As we age we are subject to spiritual pollution in our lives and lose our purity
Beautiful country and wonderful views
WOW, my hat's off to her for traveling with a short leg cast. What a champion!
Very enjoyable vlog. I like the way you changed the tire.
Music you choice in video sooo awesome.
So interesting, compared to where we live and how we live. Enjoyable.
_Patiently waiting for episode 3_ ^^
Better put the jack directly under the axle, not under the frame.
Good travel in Mongolia
thanks
from sri lanka🇱🇰🙏🌷
Aaaaah sou fã dessa família, tá loco 💖 loooved the video, the little Mongolian children 😍, and realized imma totally vanilla traveller 😂
Hahahaha Sarah, obrigada pelo seu carinho! It was an unique experience with the kids! Hahahaha Different styles maybe? :* ♡
wow wow wow! How did you manage to charge the batteries of the drone? I've planned the journey for 2019.
choke67 We had 4 spare batteries for the drone and a 12v car plug charging cable adapter... we rotated the charging of the cameras and the drone... we usually managed 2-3 days without having to recharge the drone/camera
I am subscribers of your videos on TH-cam from Indonesia
Thats my country, so beautiful ..
It is really beautiful! Extreme Landscapes and huge differences between the regions truly astonishing.
Thank you for having us!
Beautiful documentary but UnSkilled driving
Amazing
Awesome friends 😀😀to see u n’joy & share happy moments with those little children 👍any plans to visit India?? gud luck & happy motoring
you don't overland with a V8 petrol engine, you do with a 4 cylinders or V6 Diesel. You want to have minimum 800/1000 km of range.
Randomly stumbled on this video. Just curious, what country are you guys from, and where did this trip start? Looks like fun adventure
Most of the group are living in Switzerland but the nationalities are varied (French, Spanish, Swiss, Brazilian)
very interesting shot, in the middle of desert a well-dressed lady with oil pump, surrounded by motorcyclists covered in dirt. Is she the owner of that place?
What make you chose to cross the desert without a spare tyre after you blown one and no recovery maxtrax? I don’t see any jerry can for the spare gasoline as well! You guys are so brave !
We had a spare tyre in the back of the car inside as we only had one external mount. We also later fixed the first broken tire to be safe.
beautiful video!! thank you of your sharing your travel. and what is your main camera ? your film looks like TV. ^~^
Thank you very much! We use a Canon XC10, a Dji Mavic and some smaller cameras sometimes
You guys didn’t have a proper jack with you?
Living on the edge lol
We did have a large jack in the back of the car, however as it would have required to completely empty the car from all our equipment and supplies, we decided to first try an alternative.
Finally !
We are so sorry for taking so long!! But we hope it was worth the wait :) Excited for the next? ;)
yes, indeed :)
Very nice
wow nice video
Superb
very beautiful 🇦🇫❤️🙏 welcome to afghanistan
great trip....maxtraxs and hilift would be useful though, better to have and never use!!
MEGA!!!!!!!!
Wow this is Movie guys
You are a genius! Editting look so enjoy able
How much it to rent those 4x4? And where is part3 :) ?
The release of Episode 3 has been delayed to early February due to various reasons, I'm very sorry! The rent of those vehicles vary quite a lot, we worked with "Drive Mongolia" if you want a reference
What drone did you use?
Dji Mavic Pro (the first one that came out)
Where Next? Ah cool. How did you get that effect where the video turns? I thought the mavic is supposed to have the imagine stay flat on the horizon?
@@benjordan4837 could you specify more precisely what shot you mean? which minutes would that be?
İ have 2 vehicles, one is toyota hilux 2wd and the other suzuki jimny 4x4. Can we do this is toyota. I like my son and wife comfortable. With good tyres and back of truck full?
Where is on map your route?
umm u actually went to gobi without a jack that fitted your car?
We actually had a large Jack in the back of the smaller Landcruiser, however as it was not fixed on the roof but behind all our equipment and supplies we wanted to fist try with the one we had easily accessible instead of emptying the whole car.
👍
But who’d take a v8 petrol to a place like Mongolia where diesel motors rule? 🤦🏼♂️
Petrol is a lot more common and more reliable
No mantrax or hightlift jack basic recovery gear
As already explained in an other comment, we did have a larger "proper" jack in the back of the Landcruiser. However, as all our provisions and a lot of material was loaded infront of it we attempted it with the smaller first to avoid having to reorganize everything.
HEED STUDY CHANGE THE CARS WHEEL
yun aimar surte duu muu shaatsan yum dee
In the previous episode the mongolian soldier robbed ur guys of 3000 k mongolian each
Not true
8:03
wow prada in gobi desert :P
Both video top class usual very beautiful views of Mongolia never seen before. Kind regards from UK. God bless all of the team..
prada hahaha
Did you short the two batteries at 11:00?
You were lucky you didn't cause any major damage.
Great job people!
im waiting for the next episode !
Wonderful Trip. Greeting from Mongolia.
Did u have the Mongolian driving license?
We had international recognized driving licenses, we had to have them to rent the vehicles
mal mine mongold ugaasaa joloonii unemlehnii hereg bdag yum uu? ter tusmaa huduu
No cops in the countryside...
Please converted this desert into green lands in Mongolia..good luck
Save the trees save life.
wow great video!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks!
Wow land cruiser hardtop power
I want to go Mongolia...
Why not position the bottle jack on the rear axle and jack up?
Exactly what I was thinking. Fake drama, for a simple problem.
The Jack you see is a small emergency jack, if you read other comments concerning this I explain why we didn't op'ed for the larger one we had.
💜💜💜🇧🇩
mongolian trip is quite difficult. but it always gives me good memories. can't wait for summer vocation.
Thank you for visiting my homeland! Hope you have enjoy it! Am waiting for the next episode !!!
Waiting for episode 3
Working on it, should be out around early November!
Wow, awesome. You guys changed that tire just like they do.
which drone did you guys use?
nice
Bravo u r real engineer changing tire without jack..bang Aji Malaysia
Nice video. I hope you don't mind me asking, but did you not carry a jack on this trip that would allow you to change a tyre correctly and aid in recovery situations? I was just wondering as I noticed you struggling with that tiny bottle jack.
each car had a proper large jack but it was stored behind all the provisions and the second spare tire therefore it would have been a hassle to get it. You can actually hear the short discussion if we should get the big jack or not at the beginning of the incident
