Hey, I served a tour in Afghanistan and I will happily say that being so far away from home, not being able to be near your friends and family, and working 16 hour shifts; this game united us and brought us joy. I didn't start playing until my tour in Afghanistan but I can say that it brought the group together and taught us teamwork. Also, it made the time fly by really really fast ;)
Was expecting a tour of their studio with mini interviews and a look @ their work places. Instead we got a guy figuring out how to work a camera in a museum.
When i was a child i used to see my father and brother playing StarCraft now i play it, but ever my dream have been work in Blizzard like a Software Engineer. I really wish work one day there
It's my dream to work for Blizzard Entertainment on their campus in Irvine California. It's why I graduated High School 1 year 3/4 early and am now studying for my Bachelor of Arts in Game Design. The campus is amazing.
When I was 11 I finally figured out what I wanted to be, a video game developer. Now as Im about to start HS Im getting super exited for college. I can't wait to put in an application for a job at Blizzard :)
that is toooo fuking awesome...i would faint out of hapiness if i were to go there...or more,if i were to join there crew...*faints after thinking about the awesomeness*
And where's the studio? Where's the place where they put the games together? And where's the studio where their voice actors work? These statues are cool, but i was hoping to see the real studios... :/
would be nice if we could see the whole rooms, instead of each individual atom of art work, the only whole rooms i saw was the library, theater, and the kitchen... im not saying the art was bad, just i wanted to see the "Studio" not the art, other wise i would of just goggled pictures of blizzard art work
I missed playing WoW when it was good.. Now everyone is flying everywhere..... I remember i had to walk my ass everywhere til I got to lvl 40, then I got a horse... Good times....
@jnthn1984 You need to watch "Blizzard Entertainment - History Retrospective" then you will see how devoted and amazing their staff is. This is just a tour of the building not an insider look at the development team.
That's a good thing. It's a great environment for game developers. Plus all that sub money helps gets more people get hired. If it were me, id rather pay per month to help support them. Running an MMO is extremely expensive. They spend almost 2 million a month to maintain servers. If we stopped paying per month then allot of people would prob end up losing their jobs witch would be horrible.
that's the art that's "not affiliated with blizzard" since you see juri han from street fighter. guessing the commentator said it too early since the sculptures are from blizzard games
I'm pretty sure a homeless person stole the GameSpot camera and started filming and narrating about stuff he didn't know about lmao
i would kill for a job at blizzard
Blizzard has always been an inspiration to me as an artist since 3 Vikings and Blackthorn. Hope to one day work with them when I am worthy.
Tychus? That was Illidan at the end there? lol
Damn Right!
**cries** ITS SO BEAUTIFUL
Go home, camera guy! You're drunk!
Terrible camera work

Did you do it? Did you get a job at blizzard and help ruin the company?
I LOVE BLIZZARD, GJ EVERYONE THAT WORKS IN THERE!
All I can say is, WOW!
this is like walking through a display case i wna see where they actually work and spend their time
Man, my dream employer. Gonna have to kick it into high gear at my Entertainment school.
That would be so amazing to work at Blizzard (:
if those painting and statues are the only things i want to see ,i'd watch some online galleries .
Great minds Great minds...
this came out december 9, 2010. they probably got the footage in august or september. cataclysm wasnt out yet (when the footage was taken).
When I was 11 I finally figured out what I wanted to be, a video game developer. Now as Im about to start HS Im getting super exited for college. I can't wait to put in an application for a job at Blizzard :)
This. Is my heaven.
you seriously get rustled about that??
Vaati did u make this comment before your channe blew upl?
the nightelf with the sombrero made me laugh so hard xD
I don't know what you mean by that, Deathwing has always been a big part in Warcraft Lore :)
how unglamorous.. reminds me of my local museum
that is toooo fuking awesome...i would faint out of hapiness if i were to go there...or more,if i were to join there crew...*faints after thinking about the awesomeness*
Someday I will work there
oh man blizzard have everything
Where's that thing that brings everything to life from Night at the Museum when you need it? ;P
wow...... just wow
What they did that, set up network for soldiers to play in Afghan that is great
I love that, oh yeah they did alot of cool stuff but that U.S. Certificate will always be hanging proud. Blizzard is awesome.
that place is huge
0:28 WOOOOOOOW! O.O
where is the statue at 5:36 from?
A collectors' wet dream!
And where's the studio? Where's the place where they put the games together? And where's the studio where their voice actors work? These statues are cool, but i was hoping to see the real studios... :/
Wow!
I wish I was working there :
We paid for most of those things xD
correction, we paid for all those things
0:57 It looks so real
Only one word: awesomw
would be nice if we could see the whole rooms, instead of each individual atom of art work, the only whole rooms i saw was the library, theater, and the kitchen... im not saying the art was bad, just i wanted to see the "Studio" not the art, other wise i would of just goggled pictures of blizzard art work
Exactly! Everything was so zoomed in
Damn considering blizzard hasnt made so many games, they have a LOT of trophies
I missed playing WoW when it was good..
Now everyone is flying everywhere.....
I remember i had to walk my ass everywhere til I got to lvl 40, then I got a horse...
Good times....
Bro you're free to walk anywhere you want no one is stopping you.
Tychus got wings!!!
WOW!
I don't have motion sickness and this video gave me motion sickness.
6:35 "that isn't affiliated with any of Blizzard's games" proceeds to show goblin head, gnome helicopter and Deathwing's head.
*Military plays WoW at 6:29 PM EST on Saturday*
*SUPRISE ATTACK*
General: OSHIT.
what is that illidan has in 6:26 Kaels shiny pearls?
Why do I feel like I just watched an art exhibition instead of an actual tour of Blizzard Entertainment's studio?
This video is absolutely horrendous, but Blizzard is the best video game company of all time! I love their games!
@MrMozarilla the games devs say DEE-ABLO so therefore it is called DEE-ABLO
@michke11 Looks like it, and it is called Wizard's Chess. If you look at the pawns, they look exactly the same
Greeting the team at the entrance is an ork statue forged from *Chinese bronze* ...
It all make sense now.
You-tubers do tours like this, just to present viewers their fortune. It's a library, but I think it is more related to developers.
6:39 "I am Groot" in 2010 :)
1:54 ohhh yeahhh!!!!
5:53 This is from Harry Potter Chess Collectibles Edition!!!
nice video
5:34 OMG Yomiko Readman from Read or Die
Fuck Disneyland, this is the happiest place on earth
tycus finley is a charecter from starcraft games!

what's the name of the music?

interesting only because its my favorite game developer but the camera work was shit narration wasn't much better
ikr

*The Art of Blizzard Entertainment's Studio Tour
nice studio tour... do you even leave that fckn museum? if i want to see the blizzard-franchise i'll look on amazon -.-
did i just saw a gnome with the ashbringer??
The statue at the beginning was built in Australia lol
HEY, WE'RE BLIZZARD! LOOK HOW COOL WE ARE AND HOW MUCH PEOPLE LIKE US! Problem?!
They have a museum do they do tours or is it just for employees?
i think sometimes you can win a tour there, and famous game reviewers and sellers can go there.
The Horde has control of Blizzard Entertainment Studio.
I've been there :)
Yea i'd kill for that :D
did you take a break from COD?
