Good job Lily!!! I used to make professional wedding cakes and I have a few suggestions for you. First thing I do is get a clean kitchen to start. Get all your ingredients measured and put in little containers and set aside. Get a very hot sink of soapy water. Then you start… set your oven temperature to pre-heat then follow your recipe!!! Biggest tip is to clean as you go!!! Blessings

Might be an interesting science experiment to find out why it turns green when mixed with almond flour, but purple with grain or rice flour. Another one is sunflower butter and I think baking soda.
