Lily said she enjoyed helping little girls with their horses...you are a precious child, Lily. That was the sweetest thing. You and Blaze are a perfect duo.
Greetings from Northeast Ohio. Thank you, Lily for entertaining a 75-year-old grandma. I have always loved horses, but I’ve never had one. I love learning. You are a good teacher and you also have a great dad.
Loved it when you said you would keep Blaze until the end of his life, that he would be a lesson horse when you outgrew him. Well done, Lily. He’s a sweet pony.
What Joy !! I love to hear you talk about everything horses Lily Such Love you have to give Blaze, You are so blessed its wonderful! Thank you You made me so happy to watch !! I'll be 84 next month.
You call trimming their teeth 'floating' them. You should frequently check your horse's teeth for sharp edges that could get caught by the bit and crack, break the teeth, or cut their cheek inside the mouth. Floating should be done about every 6 months, sooner rather than later. Thnx for sharing your experiences with us Lily, you're learning to be a good horseman. er uhh horsewoman. haha
Would you ever get his genetics tested? Sometimes he moves a little like a saddle horse. I think when you outgrow him for riding, he will also be great for driving.
@@dawnlarsen3174 He is very cute and handsome, great mover and sound mind. It may be why he wants to break into a big trot rather than canter! But I am glad he is learning both.
Hi Lily...it is fun to see you being so involved with horses...being an old (78 year old former rider) I expect you will learn more and more about horses and develop you riding skills. I hope you are able to continue working with you current teacher...she is doing a great job with you and Blaze...keep up the very good work...and it's wonderful that your family is giving you so much support to follow your passion.
You are amazing rider and you deserve to win next horse competition in uk next year and carry on with blaze and you deserve a trophy with your amazing performance and passion in your horse and your amazing and inspiring
Lily, This was such an informative video. Thanks fir answering the all the questions. You are a great teacher and your love for Blaze really shows. You have come so far even with your videos. I love to see the spark in you when sharing about Blaze. Peace and blessings ❤🌻🌞
I love watching anything about horses. When a young kid, I used to ride with a friend who had horses, but never owned one. I didn't even consider it then. Now I've developed a real appreciation for these magnificent creatures. It's nice to see your journey as a new horse owner. Too bad Peaches had some problems, but Blaze has turned out to be a perfect horse for you. He seems content & nice to ride too. I like watching horse auctions. Do you ever watch them on TH-cam? It's so fascinating! Some sell for just a few hundred or thousands of dollars, if they're good horses, but just not what people at that auction are looking for. When you're ready to get a bigger horse, I hope you consider checking out the auctions. You can get really good horses for good prices and give them a vood home. You may even save them from being sold for food, sadly. Have you tried the bitless bridles? They work just as well, & must feel so much better for the horses. It's great you have your own channel now! You're so accomplished now, & can also cook to feed the whole family! Lots of adults can't even do that! I know you're already doing so much now, but maybe you could do a monthly cooking show, & inspire other kids to learn how to cook. Junk food is not healthy, but now, many kids are raised on it because their parents are so busy working, & maybe it seems easier, but it's making people sick from malnutrition if they never have real, unprocessed foods! I'll be watching, whatever you choose to do, but really think lots of people would watch you & could learn how to cook & could save money, if you explained how to plan & shop for real food, showing actual costs, & then how to cook meals ,& plan to have time saving leftovers!
He’s a great horse for you. My first horse was 15 hands and lived to be 35. I miss him every single day. Remember the relationship you build with him on the ground will help your riding relationship be stronger. Enjoy this time with him. ❤
Hi from Austin Manitoba Canada. Love your blog, I really like the friesen horse as well as the Gypsy Valor , I believe that is the correct name. There beautiful medium sized horse with big hairy feet and they are paints. Ttyl
Start learning how to French braid and then you will be able to do a tail. You French braid to till you get to the bottom of the tailbone, then you just regular braid. I used to braid for people at shows when I was young(72 now). I actually had a job as a groomer of horses for shows and did lots of them.
Lily, you’re not only well spoken and a fast learner, but a great horse owner! I love watching your videos with your dad. You’re sweet and respectful to him! Remind your brothers to be that as well.
Is Lily Left Handed? I'm only asking because I keep forgetting to ask. I do everything on the opposite side of the horse than she does. I know a horse can also be left handed vs right handed, but I can tell which one they are by when they run barrels. Just curious! She even gets on and off her horse opposite of most.
Lily, I see you falling in love with Blaze. That is a beautiful thing :) Glad you have found your wonderful pony, and he is doing so well listening to you!! That is phenomenal!
Lily you are a little girl but a very mature lady, love how you are passionate with horse riding aswell as cooking for your family. You have a good work ethics. Love it❤
Love his hackney step. I had a hackney/poa cross when I was young. Mine was also trained to a cart. My girls would love to have their own horse/pony. My 12 yo rides a pony about the same size as Blaze. The pony is in her 20s and well loved by everyone who knows her. She belonged to another girl as her 4-H pony and transitioned to being a lesson pony for that girl’s mom who teaches riding lessons. We have a half-lease of the pony so my daughter can ride her in 4-H.
He’s so cute he looks like he’s really listening to you and enjoying you talking about everything it reminds me of The Horse and His Boy, the 3rd Narnia book ❤great read
Lily is smart too.

The farm will probably be Lily's Riding Academy someday
I love your beautiful posture on Blaze!!
Loved it when you said you would keep Blaze until the end of his life, that he would be a lesson horse when you outgrew him. Well done, Lily. He’s a sweet pony.
What a doll, Blaze and Lily love each other. ❤♥
I love watching you Lily and hearing your excitement about horses. You have such a caring heart! Beautiful !!
Great job Lily and Blase
Lily might be the one to take over the TH-cam channel someday. Talks to the camera and very talkative, a must when addressing an audience.
Lily reminds me so much of Rebecca. She has some sass. Great job with Blaze kiddo.
Lily, you have such a passion for horses. It's amazing to watch. Keep following your passion!
What Joy !! I love to hear you talk about everything horses Lily Such Love you have to give Blaze, You are so blessed its wonderful! Thank you You made me so happy to watch !! I'll be 84 next month.

So much fun riding Blaze. There is a lot of work and preparation to get ready to ride.

Lily is becoming quite the TH-camr. Good on you gurl. :)
Lilly The...."Little Lady".....🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎
Good job Lilly.. Does Lilly mow the arena too?

He looks and moves like a hackney pony or hackney cross, looks like my hackney girl.

@@jessicah7247 My girl can turn up that road trot and our big mares canter at the same speed. It’s fun to drive.
Lily, is a great teacher! Now, I want a horse! ❤
