    Great upper body I did this after a trampoline workout, should i do strenght first then the trampoline? Thanks for the burn!

    excellent just enough of a challenge was this an "old" new one? no timer or progress bar. perfect

      This was an older one...hair a little longer and we didn't have the timer and progress bar.
