I learned to wear the right kind of pants to not slip on a motorcycle seat. Riding jeans are a good choice if one doesn't have the funds to buy expensive pants. I'm waiting on my Speed 400 scheduled to arrive this month.
It’s weird because I was wearing my richa cyclone trousers. I think my jeans might have been the better choice tho as I don’t think I would have slipped as much. I hope you enjoy your new bike 💪🏻
I went to a triumph, Indian, and zero dealership and the salesman there told me “I should buy my second bike” and not a small single cylinder because I would get bored of the lack of power in 3 weeks. I would have loved if he just said. “We don’t have any scrambler 400s in stock right now but I can let you know when we do.” I might be a scrambler owner instead of a Honda rebel owner now.. 🤔
How are you finding the rebel? We had one for over a year and loved it, only got rid so we could get something better for touring on. I don’t agree with sales people saying you will get bord. Yes you might lack the power in a smaller bike but that doesn’t mean you’re going to get bord of the bike. If a 400 is what you want then go for it. As long as it puts a smile on your face.
How are getting on with it? How long have you had one for. I’d love to know your thoughts as an owner. Test rides are great fun but you only get the bike for so long and you can never get the full understanding of a bike.
Great video, making me more and more tempted to get one of the new 400's. I agree the guys at Triumph Birmingham East are a great bunch and very helpful.

You hit on the head. I'm an older rider and I've down sized to a scrambler for the very reasons you stated. I've had enough of heavy fast bikes.

Not that I could find. But you can buy usb plugs and have them wired to the battery which is ever easy to do.
