This was a great Video!! My 2 major take aways were these - 1. The way you compared meditation to being an observer of the storm. That was incredible. Usually if you are in a storm the most logical thing to do would be to find a safe harbor and that's what we forget in our life. 2. The way you emphasized the importance of fear! And to understand that if there is a fear then there is an opportunity to grow!!

So i clicked it, Immediately as you were talking I became more powerful than the voice of Fear and the anxiousness left me. Meditation gives you space from your mind and body and almost gives you this third person view relieving stress, anxiety and fear and after time completely getting rid of it. How much is your life worth? How much attention do you give yourself? Meditation is key. If you're not sure how to start meditating like I was try Isha Kriya a simple but powerful 12 minute meditation by the best guru in the world Sadhguru, do it everyday and see the results just within weeks. Or do I want to start now and get to my goal? Simple. Meditation. I had the same doubts, extreme anxiety, stress and fear, meditation has completely taken all that negative nonsense away. Start with Isha Kriya everyday.
These are some good techniques. But presented in a very simplified way. If you are dealing with severe anxiety, breathing deeply and standing up straight probably isn't going to work very quickly. It could take up to a hour to calm down. Managing anxiety is a practice that can take years.

Really, you have to realize that you are adequate enough for any situation. I recommend you spend some time sitting down and writing out what the goal is in your daily interactions. Think about why you feel at unease by your coworkers or customers. Is it the information you give? Is it how you communicate the information? What specifically do you fear? A great book to read focused on communication is "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. I hope that helps. Take a moment to step back and reflect each day and you'll be one step closer to conquering fear.

I mediate every single morning and it takes several months for you to start noticing the difference. But the sooner you start buddy the better it will be for you.
