Great video Eric. I grew up there and bring my Kayak to the Corpus area twice a year and kill in the shallow. Im older now and have to attach a small Minn Kota trolling motor for back up but, man the area you can cover is epic!!

I had hoped that this was going to be a good fishing channel. But unfortunately I was wrong. Fishing is not just about you putting fish on the end of your line, but more so about helping to sustain the fish population and the ecosystem. Fishing is about your respect for the sport and translating how you treat the fish. The fish are a resource and if done properly, it is a renewable resource. You throw in Fish around, dropping them all over the rock is not respecting that resource. You need to look at history and do your research on how this is done. There’s a huge movement to try and save the flounder population in the coastal Bend, and then our waterways. That’s why there are a small flounder in that area. They are released by the department of natural resources in an effort to build the flounder population back up. When you go through with a lack of respect for the resource, those are the actions that hurt the efforts to save the flounder population. Any true fisherman would agree that you need to step back and look at your motivation. I’m not trying to troll or dog on you, but you really need to think about what you’re doing.

He released his undersized fish and kept a legal limit according to texas parks and wildlife and showed others how to fish a spot of his own and your gonna complain lol
