    Aloha and thanks for stopping by. In this episode we will apply the resistance band to the level II Upside-Down Pilates curriculum. The Upside-Down Pilates level II curriculum begins adding in strength and endurance to your workout along with new exercises. In this full Pilates workout we will learn exercises such as breathing, abdominal series, shoulder bridge, roll over, breast stroke, teaser, swan, and single thigh stretch series. So grab your mat and a band. Make it happen!

      These workouts are for healthy people to stretch and strengthen in a balanced way. If you are in pain it is recommended to see your primary care person- physician, chiropractor, or naturopath and then go from there.

      Aloha Nic! We have 7 levels in our curriculum so this is our level 2. The curriculum I've developed over the last 20 years puts this at our level 2. Our level 1 is significantly more broken down. We even have a fundamentals level before level 1. This way people can learn at their own tempo.
