Well he was right about policy not being law. There's no point going to the IOPC about anything at all. It is the IPCC rebranded and with no changes. Parliament set the complaints system up to encourage the system to cover for and actively assist bent officers to advance their careers in noncing.

BWV is covered by policy at force level not legislation. The legislation only relates to it being "held" as unused data is auto deleted after 30 days it also falls with the guidelines of gdpr. As for being inadmissible we are recorded everywhere all day without our knowledge. It's all still admissible.

As an auditor I would suggest not belittling or insulting the police as it just makes you as bad as some of them! I fully agree that we should all be able to film in public but verbal abuse against police officers is just not worth it and demeans what you do! The lady on the gate and the two officers on the platform were fantastic. Incredible how one audit can show both ends of the spectrum. Difference between the officer outside and the two on the platform were like night and day! His parking caused the coach driver all sorts of problems too!!!
The camera disclosure is "law" its GDPR AND since we get cautioned on arrest we need to know that evidence is being gathered (the video) otherwise the video footage could be brought up as "covert" recording and as such possibly inadmissible (Having said that the display on THAT camera clearly shows its recording

Omg this is my town its a bloody dump now full of immigrants now who just dump rubbish everywhere and stand outside shops and in the local parks intimidating people it's horrible now I'm wanting to move to away now now as I'm Coventry born and bred I shouldn't be saying this but yes I really want to move away to be near my family and away from this rubbish dump !! Oh keep up your good work I really enjoy your informative vlogs 👍
