I've done it in the mission called A Flame in the dark ,main mission in Fort Jericho. go from the north-east entrance of the mine.that's your starting point.
There’s a chest in the building next to fort jerico that I cannot get to. From fort jerico, leave the campfire and go down the stairs. The building to the right that connects, go in the doors and inside are bunk beds. To the right there’s a while in the wall with rubble and on the other side is a locked chest. I’ve beaten the game but I cannot get this chest. Help

Yeah,I just got it from a void on Siridean Island. Very close to the shelter. Hope this helps:)
