How To Replace A Fuel Pump | Pt1 Diagnose & Fuel Tank Removal Chevrolet GMC 5.7L Vortec Trucks

We will be working on a 1997 GMC 1500 5.7L Vortec truck with a bad fuel pump module. Customer states "He was having crank no starts, late cold and hot starts." He also states his fuel tank would not drop below 1/2 a tank as well.
Part 1 We will diagnose the fuel system and then remove the fuel tank with basic hand tools in this video
Part 2 We will remove and replace the in tank fuel pump assembly.

Its not the worst pump to replace but it can be a pain in the rear as shown in this video.
