When I was stationed in Italy I had a fishing license and we fished a lot of canals with 12’ to 15’ rods all the time. Brush and briars lined the banks and it made it much easier and quieter to fish

Yeah man, here in North Dakota, walleye and crappie are kings (especially walleye) but we have white bass in Ashtabula and Devils Lake and they are great to eat with fish tacos, on their own not so much but they are fun to catch!

Lots of nice fish that was a fun video. He couldn't even say goodbye 😅 cuz the rods were just going off left and right fish for days there. Just a guess but I'd say he will be back to that lake sooner rather than later

Those long crappie jigging rods are perfect for bank creek fishing to get your jig out in brush piles ect without you having to wade out into the water. Also really good for you to jig from your boat without risking dinging it up on a bridge.

That was hilarious and incredible your first bridge at lake Merry gave you some good crappie but Lake Greenwood gave you more spices and size Mr Chuck 10ft and 12ft rods got you alot of fish amazing video as always I can't wait for the next one I can see you love those rods

For the legal size of a fish, it is MOUTH CLOSED and TAIL PINCHED. A fish with the mouth open will be half an inch longer than mouth closed, and pinching the tail on big fish can add between 1/4 and 1/2 of an inch, otherwise a slot where they have to smaller than a certain size, if you don't pinch the tail, it might bee good, but if it is pinched, it might be too big. Keep up the cool fishing videos Micah!
Hey Mika, it’s me again the next time you catch a white bass score it into six chunks in deep fry it hole I give a high recommendation it’s a five star it is delicious give it a try maybe put some of your Cajun seasoning on it it might be better I’ve had it and it’s really good

Those rods are basically like the carp rod most carp fisherman use in uk about 12 feet long 😂
You should really try going to Lake Madison in Madisonville, Tx. My average crappie is about 12 inches. I've caught a couple 15's and a bunch of 14's. They also have to be 10 inches in Texas to keep though.

A great fish a great bunch of different fish that is awesome I can't wait and hopefully coming soon this summer or now I get my fishing license and come go out and do all that stuff here in Idaho and I just love your videos you your brother and your dad just inspire me and I love watching all the videos and I can't wait to do catch and cook myself on the river at home and just everywhere. The long rods are designed to be fished around wood piles, roots docks, etc where you do not want to spook the fish with the boat.
