I'm feeling so lost. 2021 I had the VSG. I was so excited and could not wait until I was able to wear a single digit size pants. I followed my Dr's and dietitian orders to the T , sadly to stall and never lose weight again post op 6 months. I feel hopeless needing to lose 25 lbs or more. To be honest. I have began to eat bad foods because now I feeling like why not.
Hi Melissa I'm new to your channel & wondering if your husband has contact info for someone to reach out to as I journey towards the VSG process. I have been thru the ptogram 2.5 times and backed out each time before setting a surgery date. This time I honestly want to go all the way thru with it.
