I understand u wanting to stay traditional, what happens if your ex-lover or hater puts fire to that roof then what......learn to adapt and use metal for roofing and also for your uncle's house, what if he's making love that means everyone in the next room or house is going to listen in stereo....? finish the inside walls to the ceiling so that noise is not heard in the next bedroom, the old ways worked for that time but we're now adapting to smartphones so should our way of doing things North to South or West.
