Are you a Pay Per Lead agency? Because in the video you mention that they pay for example $1500 a month. Is that your monthly fee or you use that for your ads and then you try to make the ads as cheap as possible and you keep that difference once you set a lead limit for those customers. Thanks

Depends on how many campaigns they're running. Also, depends on how many services they're advertising and some other factors. Every company is different and our pricing reflects that. We don't have a set price for everybody. We do have a minimum that we will charge, but that will also vary for each agency. We used to charge much less than we do today (which is pretty normal as you get better at the craft).

Do you think Google Local Service Ads pose a threat to Google Ads agencies? I feel concerned about this newer model, which steals away a big component of my value proposition, which is qualifying and booking the leads into their calendar. Now any business owner can do that super easily without the need of a landing page, custom automations, and the higher tickets of an agency? I'll appreciate your response. Thank You.
They've been running local services ads for years. The problem we see is for clients, the ads work well for the first few months and then taper off a LOT. Also, they don't offer these ads for every industry in EVERY area. And if the industry in a certain area is not performing like they want, the discontinue it. You have absolutely no control of whether they keep it running or not.
So but you tell us in here. That would fantastic news. Because that is our job. & I assume then that issue of working after a few months doesn't happen with Google Ads and we can have more predictive and lasting control over performance right?
