    Exactly the video I was searching. Thank you. I was anxious about my rates, but I have realised I am not charging enough! Great video. Thanks, mate!

      Damn im not sure if to charge a % or a flat fee. To be honest I think a % seems more fair from the clients perspective what do you think ?

    I work as a free lancer and it definitely depends on the business. I really like the model ( management cost + 10 % of ad spend ).
    I can totally relate to your phase when you were taking care of accounts for $200 / month. Great video!!

    Thank you for this! I love the content. I’m on the cusp of launching my own. How much do you generally pay when outsourcing? Is this a reliable way to run one?

    • @MikeMancini
      @MikeMancini  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      It depends on what you're having your outsourcers do and where they are located. DIfferent regions of the world, it will cost you different. With that said, I always try to OVERPAY my VA's as if they are doing a great job, they should share in the agency fees. I want to keep them happy so they keep doing a great job and WANT to work with me. I will typically start with what they are asking and then adjust upwards depending on results. I also bonus them quite often and increase their pay as well.

    • @MikeMancini
      @MikeMancini  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      It really depends on the complexity of the account. Sometimes it's $750. Sometimes it's $1500. But it's typically between $750/$1000

    Looking to start running ads soon. I’ve found the hardest part is simply bringing myself to start.
    Any suggestions to prospect for new business? I work in a corporate sales development role so I have ideas, but I’m always open to suggestions!

    • @MikeMancini
      @MikeMancini  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It's all about putting yourself out there and getting momentum. Every "No" is one step closer to a yes.
      My suggestion is to look for people who are already advertising. If they are doing that, they understand the power of marketing their business (I know it sounds silly, but a LOT of people don't) and then find someone advertising with Google Ads (and who's doing it poorly). Offer to help.

    What if you have a client who has 4 restaraunts? My client had 1 and I charged 1500 / m now he has 3 in different industries. What is your advice? *doing email/sms and google ppc

    • @MikeMancini
      @MikeMancini  ปีที่แล้ว

      We only work with Google Ads. Can't scale a business if your a small team and working on 10 different things. If he has multiple locations, give him a break on his charges if it's fair for both of you.

      It varies depending on the complexity of the account and how many campaigns are running.
