For the last part where you edit the ini.txt file... I currently have nothing pre-loading. So would I just add lua l Xipivot, or do I need //lua load first and then lua l Xipivot as a line below that?
FYI - You have to do one of two things: 1) You create a second folder called "DATs" and put that into the data folder. This is where you put the "AshenbubsHD" folder. Keep the settings.xml in the data folder. OR 2) change the default path of XIpivot to match what this video says. This is my first time using XIpivot and it was defaulting to the DATs folder, so it wouldnt load. You can check your default path by typing "//pivot status" in game.
Confirm, without DATs folder it wount work like video shows.
thank you! was trying to figure out why it wasn't working, and this was it. The folders need to be nested in a DATs folder first.
I had my game crash for the first 3 times today after installing the DATs last night. Any suggestions? Each time I was farming JP in Escha - Ru'Aun using Trusts
Awesome job, works great if you also make a "DATs" folder in the "data" folder. Put "AshenbubsHD" folder into the DATs and leave settings.xml in the data.
Is this similar to uhh HD Textures? lol From either HD overhaul or NextGames? and is this stable? :o
i dont have that Int file under scripts just default? also i have steam version so is this work with the steam ver ?
Not working for me sadly. XIPivot download changed quite a few things in the file structure. I tried different ways but no luck.
I really love your work! Unfortunately it seems i have problem with the download. The download always cancel itselfs and the data is corrupt. Is there maybe another way to download your files? Or any tips for downloading at github?

Is this mod only for npc/char's & Equipment only? Or do you have that comes with background enhancements as well?

Also, Amellia had lots of problems during re-texturing the indoors due to 200mb cap, have you had any problems upscaling the indoors in general while you undergoing this project?
Sadly this only raised more questions. The zip file from the repo is structured differently for ashita v3. the readme also states it will load from the dats folder which is ordered in plugins. I dont get text loading but I'm going to mess with this a bit more. seems way better than replacing dat files every single update.
Ah - I'm sorry, I'm afraid I'm yet to use Ashita properly, I had hopefully assumed it was a very similar process from looking at XIPivot. I'll aim to get an Ashita guide up shortly once I find someone who uses it!

Hello. I have been unsuccessful getting this to work. I notice the last part of the video when you are editing the ini.txt file for windower my file is only 12 lines of code long. is this normal? I have tried just putting the "lua | XIpivot" on the last anyway to no avail as well as trying the DAT folder. Any help is appreciated. thank you.
Hello! Your file path should look like this "...\addons\XIPivot\data\DATs\AshenbubsHD\" - I made a note of it in the video description, sorry. Also, it's not a pipe symbol, it's an L for Load - "lua l XIpivot". Having a smaller ini file is normal, I just load a lot of things in my game, haha!
@@Ashenbubs Thank you! I definitely used the pipe symbol lol, but It also took me a minute to remember that I had to move the settings.xml file over into DATs along with HD folder >

Awesome mod, but makes your game crash when a lot of things is happening IE Domain Invasion/ Mhaura / Escha zones.
Causes crash on Reisenjima by the Entrance lol.
