This is just an ignorant comment. NASCAR may not be on the same level as F1 but shouldn’t be disregarded at all. NASCAR drivers and pit crews are some of the best in the world and have built a massive market in the U.S. bc of that. To say that NASCAR with only 5 man pit crew who also changes all the tires and jack it up in under 20 sec. Is not amazing is dumb. Both use different systems during the pit stop but comparatively NASCAR needs some badass bros to complete a pitstop compared to the 15-20 dudes F1 has each pit stop
Idk about NASCAR but in F1 even a second more in your pitstop can mean victory or defeat over your rivals
it's true to all pit stops. Each one needs to be precise. The 24 Hour Daytona race, the leader in GTP class changed exiting the pits
NASCAR pit stops used to be even better because there used to be 5 lug nuts on each wheel so you would hear that classic sound with every pit stop
