Can I do it individually without an official taking the fingerprints?
I want to do this to get PCC, can we print this card at home on thick paper if we have soft copy ? I am confused if FBI approved/printed cards are compulsory? do we need "signature of official taking fingerprint" ? or can we do ourself ?
Good information!! Do we require official to take finger prints? Or can we do it ourself? Residence of person need complete address or only country? The new form doesn't have space to fill out complete address.
So if I need this document to work, it is ok to enter "work" in the "REASON FINGERPRINTED" block, right?

What is the approved abbreviated form of the NCC code manual for the United States?
It seems like block 6 requires a code. Where do I find this code?
What if i enter the complete brown color in eyes and hair? Will it be ok or not?thanks
I guess it's fine, but these documents need to be typed in a certain format, so I would just go with the code as they can be easily scanned into the system. It will take longer for your form to be processed because they will have to be re-typed by hand.
So it doesn't need the SSN?
If you are sending it to the FBI as part of your records check, just write the last 4 of your SSN. Indicate it as the last four digits.
what if i make an error filling out the address? I just moved and filled out street name then city name instead of street name.

If you are doing it for the FBI records check as a private individual, leave it blank. If not, contact customer service of whoever you are sending it to.

You can print it on standard printing paper, but I would just go with a white cardstock as that is what some professional agencies use. It is not required by the FBI, but it is more durable.

@@mickeexciii I did it myself with help of amazon 499 black ink pad, sent 4 copies of my and wife together into one envelop.
