Hi, can you please help with device vendors? They are giving me confusing/conflicting information when they send me quotes and of course they don't list prices on their websites. -Does AHCA require a camera/photo for the background checks? -Some of the vendors are offering ID card readers for an extra fee. Do we need an ID card reader? -All of these vendors are charging a fee per transmission, even though we would own the device. Is there a way to send transmissions directly to FDLE/AHCA without paying the vendor for each transmission, like a middleman? -Which device/brand/vendor has the most rejected prints, or -more importantly- which device has the most accepted prints? -I think I understand how to get approved/setup with FDLE, but how does one get setup with AHCA and what other places should we try to work with? -Is there anything else I need to know when purchasing a device?
