Two weeks ago, I did not know what a gimbal was. On TH-cam, a hiking vloger was asked what kind of gimbal she used. I had no idea what they were talking about so I asked Google. I bought a DJI OM4 on Amazon Prime Day so now I am binge watching your videos to learn how to shoot videos. Next week, I turn 81 years old on June 30.
You are an outstanding educator. I have produced and taught professional audio and photography for quite some time but always like to learn something new. I am so glad that I found your videos as I am now working on becoming proficient with phone-based video production. Every one of your episodes are extremely well organized with excellent substance. The methodologies you present not only work for phones but provide the fundamental elements for cinema production in general. Great job.
Zdenka. I have been producing videos for more decades than I care to count. From shooting 3/4" here in the Ozark Mountains to lugging around a Betaacam at 15,00 ft in the Bolivian Andes. Now I have an iPhone 13 pro max and an om5 gimble. All I needed were some lessons on how to make beautiful videos with it. As beautiful as your tutorials and your smile. So thank you for making my life easier and much more enjoyable...Tom
Well, I'm nothing short of blown away. To be honest after ten minutes or so I was beginning to lose track of where all this B-roll stuff was heading as it all appeared disjointed and nothing short of chaotic. I mean, who in their right mind swings backwards and forwards along a wooden fence for one thing. However, with some clever stitching together of the clips to create the final creation my lips were found to be forming the word-------WOW. One thing's for sure - I shall be looking at my two Smartphones - Android + iPhone + OM4 in a completely different light from now on. Have I subscribed to your channel? You bet I have! Great stuff.
Thank you very much for your support and welcome to TH-cam. Wishing you all the best and lots of patience. It is not as easy as it looks. Just keep working hard and reward will eventually come
Your videos are so engaging. I recently purchased an Osmo gimbal and I’m wondering, where has this been all my life. I’m enrolling in your course today. Money well spent. Keep up the great work.❤
Thanks a lot. Everytime I get a new thing and for sure I enjoy it. I was one of who asks for mobile videography, and u did it. So I will always want to see more of your contents.
Hi Zdinka, I really like your instructional videos… unlike almost all of the many other content creators in TH-cam yours really do help folks get started.
So I gotta be honest, I love your videos, bit you say alot about filming with Android, but I have yet to see a tutorial video with the gimbal that you use it with, it's a bit disappointing, but the information you have given me is invaluable none the less. Thank you for all the time you put into these videos. It has meant the world.
Hi Zdenka. Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge. It’s always a pleasure to watch your videos specially this one as I’m still in the learning process of basic moves, transitions and all that. Even the most simple places can provide such wonderful video results.
Hi Zdenka. Thank you very much for sharing and teaching. Always interesting with you. How do you plan B-roll ceqeuncees or longer videos? All that transitions and moves. Is it spontaneous or planed on paper bevore filming? Thanks in advance for your helping.
What a great video! Thank you. Just bought an OM5 a few months ago and learning how to use. Great tips to make videos more appealing and not boring. Can’t wait to try some of these.
I've recently purchased the OM4 and still learning. Your tips and tricks are amazing and really helped me getting acquainted to all the features. Thank you for posting and sharing your knowledge and skills.
Awesome tutorial zen. It's refreshing as always to see how mutch we can use our phones to make decent content. We might list after the latest mirrorless camera but the phone we have is so under used. Your videos always encourage people get out and play. Just be a kid again. I like that. Even if your video doesn't look that polished you'll have learned a lot and most of all experienced more. Everyone grows by learning and trying. You get people off the couch and into the park. That's an achievement much overlooked but vital to our sanity in these times. Stay safe zen, and keep motivating us. Ahoj, or as some scots might say. Slange 😁
Thank you very much for your support and kind words… the videos are not polished as they are incredibly difficult to make lol… this one took 24hours including subtitle writing …. 😉
Hi Zdenka i follow you from Senegal thank you for the wonderful tips you made. THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU ARE THE BEST YOUR VIDEOS ARE SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL
Nice and refreshing video☺️👍. I m beginner in photography n following you regularly . I learned many new things from your videos n tried in my many creative photographs. Thanks for all😊.
Generally you have to apply a bit of stabilization in the post. Smartphone gimbals are super light… unless you film in filmic pro where you can turn on stabilization…
you are so good. easy to understand and very artistic... what program or app do you use for editing. sorry if you commented on this already.... blessings to you.

Great content. just got this gimbal yesterday can't to see what I can create I only hope the magnet is strong enough and my phone is safe
You will enjoy it… the magnet is super strong but don’t use big phone case. The clamp is not too deep. My phone fell off 2x
@@ZdenkaDarula that's what I'm scared of my phone falling
