It is NOT a government job. CPS workers are employed by private companies. That's why they have no authority to procure children and have to lie and fake everything, why laws intended to protect civil rights do not (as they often say) do not apply to them, why they don't have warrants (family court "judges" are mere clerks pretending to be judges), why there is nothing resembling due process, and why they are so unaccountable to anyone that well documented crimes against children in foster care are never prosecuted. THEY AREN'T GOVERNMENT.
