The comment made about those mothers who go to the extreme of harming their babies in evil ways CPS will only get involved if the babies themselves are worth monetary gain resulting in those infants being removed to enrich the bank account/accounts of CPS workers. I am sorry if you have had a bad experience with CPS but in school they would tell us about babies who were put in the oven bc if they were crying it would make them stop and their mom thought it simulated the womb but she was actually gassing the child. We learned about cases were one parent dipped their baby in boiling water to make it stop crying. The lists could go on and on but cps does a vital community service and their service is not invalidated by your poor experience. Like any government agency their suspected abuses of power need to be investigated and addressed however people here thinking that cps steals children for federal money or just lie to rip families apart seem to speak more towards your personal gripe with cps rather than any substantiated injustice that they commit

It is NOT a government job. CPS workers are employed by private companies. That's why they have no authority to procure children and have to lie and fake everything, why laws intended to protect civil rights do not (as they often say) do not apply to them, why they don't have warrants (family court "judges" are mere clerks pretending to be judges), why there is nothing resembling due process, and why they are so unaccountable to anyone that well documented crimes against children in foster care are never prosecuted.
