Hi! Wonderful footage. I have the Pocket 3 and I'm experiencing a bit "warped" image in the corners so I need to crop from the sides. Did you do the same thing here? Asking because your image doesn't take up the full width of the TH-cam frame... Thanks!
For professional work get the gimbal but for social media and private stuff the size and weight of the pocket is just unbeatable. Carrying a proper camera + gimbal through the snow for this video for example would have been so much worse.
Hi, just wondering if osmo pocket 3 actully works during the snowday as the website says it only works from 0-40 degree, since alot shots are snowing, may I ask if you have anything covering the pocket 3 or it was just naked without any protecting during the whole shooting? and did it went down or got into any problem in the cold weather? thank you
I just used a normal umbrella and no problems. Those degrees are just legal talk where it will work 100% but I’m sure it can handle much more. Just like many regular cameras are not water resistant but still work fine in slight rain. But if it breaks no warranty so be careful
does the pocket 3 live up to cinematic video purposes? that is up there with the Black Magic Pocket Cinema 4k? may be a dumb question but just curious because the size difference is my biggest concern.
@@videowien Yeah that's why i asked. Experts have been saying it's one of the biggest draw backs. I'm still upgrading my Action 3 to it though. Good video m8👍
@@grahamjones7070 besides the snow I don’t see when I would ever need it to be water proof because for underwater id just use a proper action camera and for everything else it’s fine
@@videowien problem with the protection is mainly because all the usb-c inputs as well as memory card slot is completely open. There could have been at least a rubber cover like on real cameras. This way even a foggy weather can damage it if it gets wet.
Someone needs to create a lightweight weather hood for the pocket 3. Something like those dog cones that is wide enough to not get in the field of view, but protects against rain & snow.
You use a regular umbrella as much as you can and just hope for the best. Most cameras can handle some bad weather even though they aren’t weather proof
@@flightjam missed the comment, unless you are using nd filters and the 180 degree rule the difference between 24 and 30 is so small nobody can notice
Honestly, I never see snow in real life except from screen, pathetic huh😅😂 I really ❤ your vid, so cool & nice👍🏼 I owned P3 too, seldom use, not tech-savvy & never able to make sth like that too😅
I had to constantly wipe off the snow blown on it from the wind to prevent it from melting and possibly damaging the camera so thats probably the reason
Nicely done those shots of the seagulls at the gazebo were 🤌
Thanks, will see how I can top that in the next video :)

Greetings from Warsaw!
I miss snow...
Nice moves and shots there, I'm looking forward to more videos, subscribed :)
Happy to hear!
Nicely done!!
Thank you!
Great video, nice shots. I still use the DJI Osmo Pocket 1, but I will buy the Povket 3 soon.
that will be a huge difference
excellent
sehr schön
Schöne Aufnahmen aus meiner Heimatstadt 👌

what you mean is probably just the distortion from the wide angle lens and no I didn't crop it
beautiful shots....! plzz do more travel videos.
thanks, I am thinking about doing some bigger projects :)
Great video! I was told the camera isn't weather sealed. Did you find any issue using it in the snow?
No issues so far
@@videowienhad the same question, so good to already find an answer. But to add on that, how often are you using it in the snow?
It only snowed for a few days
Lovely! It makes me want to get the Pocket 3 instead of a gimbal for my Fuji.

i thought this thing is not waterproof/resistant, how did you able to shoot in this snow condition?
umbrella
thanks.@@videowien

Don't mind the haters, beautifully done and the music totally fits. Love the grading that you do on your videos.
oh thank you very much

They are so different idk how to answer that properly. One is a cinema camera and the other one is tiny with a build in gimbal.
Nice video)))
Thanks! Next one is rendering right now
Are u not scared your pocket 3 damaged because of the snow? Or do you use any protection?
Not much, „dry“ snow you can blow of and I risked much more expensive cameras in bad weather
Was it ok in the snow or was you protecting it?
I used a umbrella as much as I could. It’s not water protected but doesn’t seem like a few drops instantly damage it either

@@dominikgelien I think the gimbal is the main problem so they just gave up on weather protection completely

Interesting idea but you can just use a regular umbrella and for really bad conditions get the action
@@videowien true. The pocket is just superior in low light. Maybe next edition will have a pro edition that's weather resistant
@@ArmandSalmon not sure if its even possible to make a gimbal that water resistant with all the moving parts

it is so wonderful! beautiful! it is not only your girlfriend~!
You need to calibrate your gimbal its tilting badly.

Cinematic on the title but the video is 60fps
I have never even set it to 60 fps since I bought it so no idea what you are talking about
@@videowien He probably saw 2160p ;)
Doesn’t need to be on 24fps to be cinematic . Lol the Hobbit and avatar are both 48fps
The generic tv commercial music ruined it for me ngl
it’s a camera demo. i watch like 30 minutes of these on mute and just put on Hall and Oates. it aint that deep
get the premium.
I mean its relaxing footage, some epic cinematic soundtrack would not fit
The music is perfect for that video.
