Radio Flyer Tricycle/Trike Skipping Pedals Fixed

Sorry for the audio! First TH-cam video and I won't clip the GoPro to the table again.
Walk through on the repair of a Radio Flyer 4-in-1 Tricycle/Trike when the pedals will no longer stay "locked". Ours started skipping intermittently until the pedals quickly stopped functioning at all.
