This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my TH-cam channel 6 months ago about self development. Now I have 358 subs and > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.

Therefore, I’m planning to quit nursing to pursue youtube full time as there are lots of issues in our traditional health systems as these don’t align with my values. It’s a huge learning curve but I love helping people through making videos. Also, as part of my video creation progress, I’m switching to a better editing software and a camera so the learning curve is much higher and slows down the completion speed of my next videos so please hang on tight! I do appreciate your support and kind words! I am hoping that you can join me with this endless personal development journey! :)

The only issue I see no addressed is the attention/focus issuing that’s occurring in the world. There’s waaaaay too much data out there and offers and steps to do to make something work. Many have been finessed by online gurus and it’s hard to believe or trust who’s real and what works. How do you know what you want if you’ve only known the conventional? There are known knowns, known unknowns and unknown unknowns..

everyone says eat healthy, then i see vegetables on the menu. Guys if you have the money and time, figure this out for your own future health because it's not the right answer that much i do know. So no, there's no compelling evidence to support eating plants, if you think that's the case, understand the foundation of their argument and what kind of evidence it is based on. Do not just superficially go off "it's science", "it's peer reviewed" "meta-analasis", they're all buzz words and they're meaningless when we're dealing with institutions of corruption.
money is useful, losing one's soul for the sake of it, no so much. There Is a reverse correlation between material and spiritual, as an entrepreneur I know it. Jesus is the truth, the path, and the life. All Glory to Him. 🙏
