Gosh I love the $10 price point. Always have consistently excellent value, it’s a shame we don’t see it as much in licensed stuff.

I love the chickens this set is a masterpiece ( price is good to.) They should make a rabbit pen polybag or a pig barn 🐷

Fantastic little set. Definitely will get for the chicken pieces and the ATV’s suspension wheels

The designers of the sets from this price range simply refuse to take an L!

I've bought this set today! I just couldn't resist. Funny theme, nice presentation, pretty box with a cost slightly less than 10 USD where I live (which is in Hungary).

Kinda wish they used those old round bricks they used to use for lightbulbs in lighting electric sets; but in solid white. You know, those bricks similar to Barraki eyes, but without the rod?

I was thinking the same thing. But I didn't know the name of the piece😂

    • @huemanatee1452
      @huemanatee1452 2 ปีที่แล้ว

I think they did use the version with the rod in white before to represent an egg

Some closer to scale eggs would have been nice, or a distinct rooster and hen, but it's still a pretty neat little set. A big improvement over having NO farm sets.

These ten dollar sets are the only sets that fit in my budget anymore.

I'll pretend that there is an invisible wire mesh around the openings, This really does look like a $10 set! 🙂

We need a Dairy farm next. It would be pretty cool.

Eggs! Hmm I might keep an eye for them as I want to make farms. What productive hens.

Such great value in this. I don't mind the "realism issue" with the eggs, but I do wish the coop itself was more realistic looking. It's kinda cartoon-like or too picturesque or something.

I can imagine Lego charging 20 bucks for this 5 dollar set in 10 years or so.

$10 isn’t bad but it’s still very expensive for what it is- i’d say this is about a $7 set

The white icecream pieces might have been a better egg pile representation.

Reminds me of the $10 Technic sets, that have more (unique) functionality in their entire sets than the top range products have.

Ive never understood why the eggs are way bigger than the chickens. It kinda looks like they laid their entire body weight in the form of an egg.

I think this would’ve been a perfect set to include some of the new small bird piece first introduced in the Disney collectible mini figures series in yellow to represent chicks
I’m kind of disappointed that they didn’t do that
It’s a fine set an all it just lacks the one unique piece that these small sets usually have
I guess the chicken in that color is pretty cool but would’ve like something more

It's one of those annoying Lego pricing things again. $10 in the US but £8.99 in the UK. Compare that to the main farm set which is $70 in the US vs £44.99 in the UK. If the same exchange rate applies then this should be £6.42 in the UK which seems much more reasonable for what you get. If they want the extra money they could at least provide some extra chickens and a feed bucket. A cockerel would be nice too.

I understand why they went with the actual egg pieces but I personally would have preferred the barraki eye piece as the eggs they are very close to the size and shape. But in this scenario I feel they would be damned if they did damned if they didn’t.

Not gonna lie I hate the eggs. Totally off putting in every way. like are they ostriches? No. They should have been plain and simple white studs. I understand this would be a different conversation if there was NOT actually LEGO ostriches... But there are... I have one...
