Braised pig ears, looked so appealing, appetizing and super tasty, delicious menu for lunch or dinner, thank you for sharing inspirational and nutritious menu 😊
I just came back from an Asian market called Hung Vuong food market here in Newark, Delaware. At the food court, I came by a stall offering amazingly delicious looking offerings/dishes so I asked the lady what she was serving an Asian couple in front of me, but couldn’t speak English to tell me what this dish was, so I just went for it! It was so so good! Amazingly delicious!
Oh I am so glad you found this delicious dish! It’s quite popular in our Asian cuisine whether Vietnamese or Chinese, we have many ways in prepare the pig’s ears. If it comes with some braised sauce, that sauce will pair well with a bowl of hot steam rice😋! Thanks for watching my video and leaving me comments. I hope you find more delicious recipes on my channel! Take care! 💕
