Transfer Carrier. Seems like there's adhesive in it. How many times can you reuse it before the adhesive becomes unusable? How do you store it after each use?
Yes, there is adhesive and you can use it multiple times, depending on your work environment. Dust will wear out the adhesive faster. It comes with a protective film that you can easily reapply.
My register marks are too thin and my vinyl cutter is not reading them. How can I adjust the register marks? Do I need To make them a bigger size or darker for my cutter to read them?
I found this video very helpful! Do you have videos of doing Contour Cutting using Illustrator? I should have watched this video first but with Illustrator I don't think I can set the pressure. Thanks!
I don't use the illustrator plug in when I cut. I find it has limitations. I import the ai file into Great Cut 4 and print and cut from there. The pressure is set in Great Cut 4, not illustrator. I can make a video of doing it straight from illustrator if you like, let me know.
Hi, can I ask what the transfer sheet that you use is made from ? Are you repurposing a product from a different process for your contour cutting ? I too have a GCC II 24 LX and have been looking for such a product. I live in the U.K. and been searching for the Sisor product and can find nothing. I can see lots of Cricut and Silhouette cutting mats / pads , but do not know if they are too thick for the GCC pinch rollers. Your sheet reminds me of a thick application tape.. can you or any of fellow subscribers suggest what I am looking for, or comment on the Cricut or Silhouette pads used in the GCC machine please ?

You don't need GreatCut 4 to do contour cuts but you do need a cutting program that allows for drawing contour lines in order to do it. Thank you for liking, subscribing and commenting! Unfortunately, if you're machine is not an LX machine, it is not designed for contour cutting. To contour cut you need a cutter that has some type of ability to read registration marks.
Jagged contour lines means you are using an image with pixelated edges or a low resolution image. Check your artwork for the best results. Sharp edges and higher resolution images will cut best. Anything less than 150dpi would be a waste of time. I avoid anything less than 150dpi and prefer 300dpi images with sharp edges.
Reviewed video and realised I need to check "keep interior marks" if I want to cut out white spaces. but then I would need to use a mask after weeding(an I correct)? Thanks for video.

@@craftees915 ya lo logré amigo, gracias, estuve viendo los tutoriales de Brildor del plotter, es una tienda española. Un dato bien bueno que obtuve es que la pieza que agarra el papel o mat de corte en el plotter, debe posicionarse justo donde estan las marcas ásperas del fierro si no el material a cortar se mueve, asi logramos cortar una hoja A4 llena de stickers. Saludos desde Chile

Great cut 4 is only a cutting software.

That is your pressure settings and also your blade settings (you can adjust the length of your blade in the blade holder)
