See this, take notice current retarded LGBT millennials and brown-nosing media suck-up panderers, this is how you expose people to the concept of gay people, with fun humor and jokes, a literal 2 decade old show made me feel more empathy and connection to this guy than I ever could with all your shitty gay pride parades, Facebook virtue signalling bullshit and media shoving LGBT topics down my throat combined... maybe you should learn a thing or two from this instead of trying to indoctrinate me by shoving LGBT in every possible media outlet and then tell me I'm homophobic if I dare say anything other than I loved it give me more.

Brazilian Atlantis they might poke fun at the gay attitudes and stereotypes ..but they also have a creative way to show you it's all for fun and not malicious...much like the french jokes...first he jokes he hates the French ...but in other episodes he uses french lingo and has a scene where he pretends he is enjoying a vacation in France and seems to like it....so they mock something yet praise what they mock ..it's a creative way to let steam out yet still give credit to things they make fun of ...

I was talking about when the guy said he was an office manager making $40,000 a year. So no I don't see a shoe salesman making that much unless they are a manager. Though in practice at least until Gary showed up Al would have been pretty much the manager of the shoe store. Though I doubt he was paid that much even then. I think this is actually pretty well-done. The joke isn't that he's gay, the joke is how the other guy is reacting to him. It shows the gay guy as just a normal dude with his own hobbies and interests, and the other guy reacts in a respectful, but still humorous, way. In an ironic twist, the gay guy is the straight man in the routine, and it turns out pretty damn funny.

I watched Married when it started and I was going through a bad divorce. Al Bundy said it all for me. I have ached with laughter at all of the family, the episodes, the one liners. There was an Al Bundy line when Peg says to him "Did you miss me today"...Al replies " with every bullet so far........" I'm laughing now. If you watch closely at Peggy when Al is delivering acid-lines to the other characters, her reactions are overwhelmingly funny. A sure sign of superb acting. Long may it reign. actually, Married with Children was launched the same day as The Tracy Ullman Show when they went fully affiliated and prime time in April 87. though MwC was well recieved, it didnt gain the major recognition until its 3rd season, the same year the Simpsons launched. yes, it launched before the Simpsons, but i dont think you can credit it with making the network famous when there was other titles like 21 Jump Street that drew more attention at he time. MwC didnt really blow up until Kelly,(christina applegate) grew tits and got hot, thats reality.

They mention it in the "No Pot to Pease in" episode where they make a TV show about the Bundy's, which then got canceled because according to Marcy, "Some woman from Michigan didn't like it... she also didn't like football, so that's gone too." LMAO... but yeah. That was another thing.

Ed O'Neill is a black belt in BJJ(Brazilian Jiujitsu). That takes about 8-14 years. Crazy skill level for any BJJ black belt. He said there were a lot of times he didn't feel like going but he would just say to himself "Just get through the door", and then have a great session. Very smart strategy and inspiring.

The reason so many straight women love gay men because they both love to shop and gossip. I'll never get over T & A, so I'm hooked for life, but few women share similar interests with men, companionship eventually evolves into doing what she wants to do, yawn. That's when men get bored and start looking around.

To me getting the cast would be the least of worry compared to getting the same style of comedy as far as the script goes. If this show were to come back the style in which we fell in love with would be gone. Could you imagine? half the episodes wouldn't last one day on air because the time are way to sensitive now. So honestly i think this great show is better left untouched
