Rule says:
If, in any year, he avails a portion of the vacation, he shall be entitled to additional earned leave in such proportion of twenty days, as the number of days of vacation not Rajen bears to the full vacation, provided the total EL credited shall not exceed 30 days in a calendar year.

Sir I think 2 days El should deduct for 15 days dies non .15×1/10
15×1/10=1.5 means 2. 15-2=13 days should credit

15-15x1/10=15-1.5=13.5===14
