Sir whether 56900 next pay figure given in question in exam or we have to memorize
It will be given the question.
If by chance not given 3% will be increment. So you may add that and go ahead. ( it may be nearly equal, as they have not given table in the question , they have to bear with us😊)

As 2.50 Lakhs is the maximum basic pay (salary ) in 7th CPC (for cabinet secretary rank officers), the maximum pension is fixed as 50% of 2.50 Lakhs so it comes to 1.25 Lakhs only
