In that one mts official may seek transfer from one office ( subordinate office/ ADMN office/ DAP (pao) ) to another office (subordinate office/ ADMN office/ DAP (pao) ). But the rule 38 portal was not showing option of DAP it was not updated.. kindly make video on it. And tell when it will be updated??
