Not a surprise to me..as explained in another video, to program the animatronics back then was a HUGE chore, even a very minor change meant reprogramming the entire act...so when the new audio was done for this character, they simply chose lyrics that were only close to the original movements. If you watch closely with the "Texas" version, you can see a lot of times where the character's mouth is not even close to what the singing is. The version on here shows the audio that the character was originally programmed to.

2. general electronic wanted CoP to be moved to DW because of low attendance in DL although i want it back in DL too
3. America Sings is Marc Davis' idea to fill in the empty theatre and to celebrate America's 200th birthday
