Lovely…. I like waistbands with elastic in the back… I sometimes alter to do so. I opt to wear a homemade slip sometimes instead of lining my garments… also, for pants, I make the long or short under pants…
Hi Sandra! Slips are wonderful!!! I sometimes wear slips as well. It’s easier than lining. I agree about the back waistband. They are so much better than a fully elasticated waist. Thanks for watching today’s video! 🙏😊

Such a smart idea to do matching sets. I have the top pattern, but is the skirt pattern new? Still available?
Hi Cathy! I looked on the simplicity site for it but it’s not on there. I purchased my copy from hobby lobby last year. eBay have a few copies. But you’ll pay a few dollars more than you would if you can get a copy from hobby lobby. Here’s the link though:

The set looks gorgeous but I am really in love with the top. It fits you perfectly and it looks different even though it is very simple.

I'm not sure. I saw the new look skirt pattern several weeks ago. Some hobby lobby and joann locations will have them. If you can't find them in stores you can always try an online store like eBay, Etsy, or Amazon. Happy shopping 🛍☺

Hi Judy! You know, I’m not completely certain if the pattern is an out of print. But I have seen several copies at a local hobby lobby. So I think they are still available 🤷🏾♀️

Hi Sandra? It’s so reward because you can wear the skirt with a different top and the top with a different skirt. And if you make another top and/or skirt you have multiple combinations out of those two outfits. Just a thought 😁
