      Belichick calls Paul Brown the Greatest Coach ever, everything a coach does and learns is because of Paul Brown, so he set the Standard and Bill Walsh came from the Paul Brown coaching tree.

      @@fatpatlives1998um. No not really. You lost a SB to the giants because ; 1. Asante Samuel dropped an INT, Rodney Harrison broke an arm and one of the most incredible catches of all time. You lost another because Wes Welker dropped a pass that would have won it for you and a third because Bill benched Malcolm Butler... but even in that game he didnt play they didn't have a WR playing his spot.

      I think it’s a misconception re: the 90 vs 86 comparison. That 86 team is looked at completely differently if they lose to Minnesota and Denver during the regular season and finish 12-4. The 1990 team was 10-0 to start the year, lost to a 49er team 7-3 in San Fran that could have easily been a 10-7 win if Simms lobs the ball the Manual on the last drive. They lost a close game to Buffalo at home without Simms in the 4th quarter…and then they beat the 49ers and Bills without Simms and Hampton to close out the season. The 1990 team was a very good team that played GREAT. Regarding 86, take a gander at the offensive statistics for some of those games. Not dominating or good by any means.

    • @drangedhermit1
      @drangedhermit1 ปีที่แล้ว +1
