- I can't believe I got this run and pbed by almost 30 minutes! I beat all 120 stars in randomizer in less than 3hrs! WR too!
This pretty much was my goal for randomizer for the time being, I'm so glad I was able to achieve this so quickly.

I was today years old when I realized in JRB once you get the 4 chests inside the ship, the ship is rising back to the top of the water... I always just assumed the water was just draining out and didn't put the pieces together

@@belgianmarble when you get the star in the ship all the water goes down and then on all the next stars the ship has floated back up to the surface, kinda crazy, never realized

Yeah, it's a really weird thing. It's like after you take a lengthy break from something you're good at, you pay more attention to what you're doing when you get back. At least it feels that way. Till you get bored again.

Taking a break for a few month always helps especially to keep the motivation up. (Because it comes back after you lost it)

So uhh, dumb question but: what would the RNG have to do to make a seed unwinnable? Place the vanish cap box and a star behind a barrier that you need the vanish cap to get past?

I like that the record for random seed is much faster than the record for set seed

@@rippinkorpse A seed is a pre-generated randomized version of a game. The sparkles indicate the in-game secrets; they're there so the randomized game isn't unfair to the player. Otherwise they'd be extremely tedious to find.
I don't understand this at all? Like do you need coins to pass the level? Or just a certain star? Or certain things need to be done to spawn the star? I'm so confused.

No but it's the first time he used this seed. He is playing randomizer, where everything is randomized so he doesn't know where anything is ahead of time.

@@cheesespeedrunningyt Actually no. I'd say on a whim that there is almost certainly no seed which would do anything remotely like that since there's only 65536 possible seeds.
I'm assuming that there's a protection preventing HMC from being spawned from the Metal Cap Stage. I never thought of that until now. lol

basically is where everything is random, If you go into the BOB painting, it might bring you into TTM. all the stars and coins are random. They aren't in where they usually are. So everything is random.
