Hi sir I need help my steering wheel is stiff and make whine noises…on 2003 impala .. but I also notice I lose fluid after 1day .. what to do replace the pump or hose ? Or seal ? … when I open the resovior I notice bubble milky fluid and it’s low .. and it appears to be moving .. .. should I replace the pump or check for leaks ?

How did you get the pump out your video i respect however you don't show how u got the pump out I know u did not pull the pulley out on the car and I antget the pump out pulled one from the junkyard and I took out from the top because I couldn't get it out from the bottom
