in the future, put a block under the back and use the bucket to lift all wheels off the ground. You can then move/drive the wheels without moving the bobcat. Had the same thing happen to me on a 30 degree slope; it sucks but you did it. Great job.

Tracks work great, but tear up anything you want to drive over, especially grass. I'm going to sell these and get a set of tracks with pads instead.

if you use air filled tires invest in a air pig with a ball valve to blow air into side of tire real quick. unless sidewall is ripped.

Take short pieces of 1/2 rebar , about 3 inch long slightly bent and weld the along the lip of your outer rim on both sides . Then mount the tires back on. This will protect your tires from getting taken out from the tracks.

Looked like a rough job. Good for you for getting after it. Nice videos man. How are you finding the tracks after having them for a while? I'm thinking about getting the same ones. Thanks.

You seem to be a really nice young man, but it’s easy to see your a fish out of water. At least your trying, the important thing is that you learn from the mistakes you make. There are things that will make your life much easier, leverage taking off those lugs by using a cheater bar on the end of your breaker bar is one. There are many such things you need to learn. Buy a cordless impact gun and when you can use a wrench instead of an adjustable wrench, their mechanisms can break under force, l know because it’s happened to me. Good luck and keep learning.

SkyWater Haven no problem, the best way to learn is making mistakes and learning from them. That’s the way we all learn. Nothing attempted, nothing gained. Don’t get discouraged by what people say, most of them can’t do what you’ve done. I’ll be interested in seeing more of your videos. You guys doing these videos is something I can’t do, barely can figure out how to send these messages to you, I didn’t grow up in the computer age being 72 yrs old. Keep up the learning, it will serve you well one day.

Maybe a 12v travel air compressor to plug into your skid steer? It will be slow, but better than lugging the air tank back & forth.

Just take track off and put tire on pick up track in front bucket. Throw tools in and drive up to house to finish repair. I would have driven it back to house first thing. Then do repair where tools are handy
